Since making the jump to join a gym, I have put the weight loss supplements on the back burner. While I havent' lost any weight, I can tell that some inches have been shed. I find myself tightening my belt a little more to keep the jeans up! Go me!
This past week I spent four days in the gym! Now let's hope I can keep it up! My goal is to a least go three days a week. I would like to check out the pilates class, but its at night, and I don't have the energy/motivation to go back out once dinner is done.
