I think its time I start back up on my dietary supplements for weight loss. I did so well on them, and felt so much better. I just have to figure out to budget them back in. I don't think I will have get as many of them, as I have been working out.
I am going to start Jillian's 30 day Shred again, time to get my butt kicked! Ask me again in a few days if I am going to continue this workout!
